Ensuring Employee Safety, Working Environment, and Protecting Employee Rights
- Adherence to the SA8000 international standard, conducting regular SGS water quality inspections, cleaning water towers, maintaining HVAC facilities and electromechanical equipment, and disinfecting office areas to provide employees with a safe working environment and protect their rights.
- Promote the declaration of gender equality and prevention of sexual harassment in public areas to create a conducive work environment for employees.
- Establishment of the "Employee Welfare Committee" with the aim of caring for the well-being of laborers, promoting physical and mental health, and maintaining harmonious relations between labor and management. This is achieved through comprehensive welfare programs and various employee activities.
